By placing an order through the ELG Golf website you agree to the terms below. We have set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to the country of origin of United Kingdom.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (new) condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN PROCESS

Within your return package please include your order number & name.
The inspection could take around 2-3 business days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS, OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective.

RETURN SHIPPING FEE
Shipping cost is at the buyer's expense.
REFUNDS & ORDER CANCELLATION
If the product is still being processed, you're eligible for order cancellation and a full refund. If your order was already fulfilled and you have received a tracking number and you want to cancel, you MUST wait until the package arrives to start the return process.
